Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the next working day.

Because our Goods are carefully customized to your specifications, we begin working on them right away. Once we start working on your customized products, it becomes difficult to cancel the order, which is why we strictly adhere to this cancellation window.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of your decision:

Refund Processing: We will reimburse You within 5 to 7 working days from the day on which We confirm your cancellation or receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

Because our Goods are customized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or for no reason.

Returns are strictly accepted ONLY under the following conditions:

• The Goods suffered transit damage during delivery.

• The Goods have a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return request, please make sure that:

• The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

• The Goods are packed well and securely to prevent any further damage during the return transit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded unless permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

For eligible returns (transit damages and manufacturing defects), We will arrange the return pickup for you. You must ensure the item is packed well before handing it over. The Goods will be sent back to our production facility at the following address:

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. Once received and inspected, payments will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
